Pre-Production Planning is the most important aspect of the production process. This is where you can save a lot of time and money by discussing project goals, scheduling and determining equipment needs and staff requirements for your project.

KG Video Productions will arrange an introductory meeting or conference call to discuss your video requirements.

To clarify your needs and help the Executive Producer to give you an accurate budget and timeline we ask that you briefly answer the following "5 W" questions:

• Who is the target audience?
• What is the objective/purpose of the video?
• Where is the video to be shot?
• What scriptwriting will be done?
• When is your deadline for delivery of the video?

Other considerations:

• Will you need actors?
• Will you require any animation or titles?
• Are DVD or tape duplications required?

The Production Stage is where we actually shoot the essential footage needed to complete your project.

Post Production is where everything comes together. This is the final stage of your project and where we put the pieces together. KG Video Productions supervises all editing sessions, video transfers and handling of your duplication needs.

Our goal is to meet your budget and timeline. We will give you a detailed schedule for production, shoot dates, dates for viewing rough cuts, and final delivery dates.
